为实现酱香型白酒的自动化摘酒并提高酿造技术水平,结合在线检测技术与传统的摘酒工艺,设计了一款基于超声波酒精浓度检测的自动化摘酒系统.该系统以PLC为控制核心,接收传感器采集的出酒状态、基酒的酒精浓度和温度、阀门状态以及液位值,并进行数据处理、故障判断和数据传输.以触摸屏为上位机,实现系统运行状态监控、参数设定、故障监测以及显示酒精浓度实时曲线等功能.实验表明,该系统能实现酱香型白酒的自动化摘酒,符合传统摘酒工艺要求,提高了摘酒过程的工作效率,对于酿酒行业的发展和技术进步具有重要意义.
Design of Automatic Sauce Flavored Wine Picking System Based on Ultrasonic Alcohol Concentration Getection
In order to realize the automatic wine picking of maotai flavor baijiu and improve the level of brewing technology,an automatic wine picking system based on ultrasonic alcohol concentration detection was designed by combining online detection technology with traditional wine picking technology.The system is controlled by PLC as the core,which receives the output status,alcohol concentration and temperature of the base liquor,valve status and liquid level value collected by sensors,and performs data processing,fault diagnosis,and data transmission.Using the touch screen as the upper computer,it realizes functions such as system operation status monitoring,parameter setting,fault monitoring,and displaying real-time alcohol concentration curves.The experiment shows that the system can realize the automatic picking of Maotai flavor Baijiu,meet the requirements of traditional wine picking process,improve the working efficiency of the wine picking process,and have important significance for the development of the brewing industry and technological progress.
