摘要

基于欧姆龙NJ-501 系列PLC、电装 6 轴机器人,构建了机器人自动焊接设备控制系统.在只使用 6 轴机器人控制柜标配的 32 个I/O端口的情况下,采用了一种I/O组合通信的方法,解决了机器人自动焊接设备控制系统的PLC与6轴机器人之间存在的通信问题,满足了设备的控制需求,并最终批量上线生产.经过总结并验证,该I/O组合通信方法已推广应用到撕膜机、收料机等其他自动化设备.

Abstract

Robot automatic welding equipment control system was constructed based on Omron NJ-501 series PLC and Denso 6-axis robot.In the case of only using the standard 32 I/O ports of the 6-axis robot control cabinet,an I/O combination communication method is adopted to solve the communication problem between the PLC of the robot automatic welding equipment control system and the 6-axis robot,to meet the control requirements of the equipment,and finally the mass production.After summary and verification,the I/O combination communication method described in this paper has been applied to other automatic equipment such as film tearing machine and material receiving machine.
