摘要
随着人力资源成本的不断增长和自动控制技术的发展,越来越多的生产线开始使用自动化控制系统.由于PLC具有可靠、稳定、功能强大的特点,其在自动化控制系统中得到了广泛应用.主要介绍了校企合作企业汽车生产线的变速箱油加注机控制系统在使用中存在的问题和进行PLC控制的改造过程.
Abstract
With the continuous increase in human resource costs and the development of automatic control technology,more and more production lines are using automated control systems.Due to its reliable,stable,and powerful features,PLC has been widely used in automation control systems.This paper mainly introduces the problems in the use of the transmission oil filling machine control system in the automotive production line of school-enterprise cooperative enterprises,and the process of PLC control transformation.
