循环流化床锅炉SNCR脱硝自动控制的优化与应用

循环流化床锅炉燃烧环境复杂,煤质变化大,其脱硝控制效果一般.为此,应用先进的预测控制技术对某循环流化床锅炉脱硝控制系统进行了优化调整,采用以锅炉总排环保考核点的NOx浓度为核心、以省煤器出口和脱硫岛出口NOx浓度为辅助的多层次复合控制方案进行了脱硝自动控制.结果表明,该方案可有效降低氮氧化物浓度,减少波动幅度,提高脱硝自动化控制水平,在一定程度上减少了脱硝还原剂的使用量,提高了锅炉运行的经济性.
Optimization and Application of SNCR Denitrification Automatic Control for Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers
Due to the complex combustion environment and significant changes in coal quality,the denitrification control effect of circulating fluidized bed boilers is average.Therefore,this paper applies advanced predictive control technology to optimize and adjust the denitrification control system of a circulating fluidized bed boiler.It adopts a multi-level composite control scheme with the NOx concentration at the environmental protection assessment point of the boiler′s total discharge as the core and the NOx concentration at the outlet of the economizer and desulfurization island as the auxiliary for automatic denitrification control.The results show that this scheme can effectively reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides,reduce fluctuation amplitude,improve the level of denitrification automation control,and to some extent reduce the use of denitrification reducing agents,improving the economic efficiency of boiler operation.
