传统煤矿安全实时监控系统采用人工监控方法,导致系统的监控面小.为解决该问题,提出基于多线程通信的煤矿安全实时监控系统的设计.硬件设计,先设计PLC控制器,然后设计温湿度传感器,最后设计瓦斯浓度传感器.软件设计,先建立数据库,然后采集基于多线程通信数据,在此基础上设计监测系统的显示界面.对该系统进行性能测试,结果表明,该系统的监控面较广,能更准确反映矿山的安全状况,监控效果理想,满足实际应用需求.
Design of Real-Time Monitoring System of Coal Mine Safety Based on Multi-Thread Communication
The traditional real-time monitoring system for coal mine safety adopts manual monitoring methods,resulting in a small monitoring area of the system.To address this issue,a real-time monitoring system for coal mine safety based on multi-threaded communication is proposed.Hardware design,first design a PLC controller,then design the temperature and humidity sensor,and finally design the gas concentration sensor.Software design,first establish a database,then collect data based on multi-threaded communication,and based on this,design a monitoring system display interface.Performance testing was conducted on the system,and the results showed that the system has a wide monitoring range and can more accurately reflect the safety status of the mine.The monitoring effect is ideal and meets practical application requirements.
