变压器套管是电力变压器的重要组成部件之一,其运行稳定性直接影响主变供电可靠性.基于深圳电网各类型套管占比分析、套管结构与生产工艺说明、套管运行缺陷归纳总结,针对性地提出了套管运维要点,强调了视频红外测温新技术对识别套管发热异常缺陷的有效作用.此外,从套管材料老化年限、试验数据分析等角度,提出了套管更换的合理周期,同时归纳了套管更换作业的注意事项,旨在提升电力行业套管运行稳定性,帮助电力企业及时有效地发现问题.
Research on Operation and Maintenance of Power Transformer Bushing in Urban Power Grid
Transformer bushing is one of the important components of power transformers,and its operational stability directly affects the reliability of the main transformer power supply.Based on the analysis of the proportion of various types of casing in Shenzhen Power Grid,the description of casing structure and production process,and the summary of casing operation defects,targeted key points for casing operation and maintenance are proposed,emphasizing the effective role of video infrared temperature measurement technology in identifying abnormal heating defects of casings.In addition,from the perspectives of aging age of casing materials and analysis of test data,a reasonable cycle for casing replacement is proposed,and precautions for casing replacement operations are summarized,aiming to improve the stability of casing operation in the power industry and help power enterprises timely and effectively identify problems.
