摘要

主要通过对比某厂各台机组锅炉回转式空预器差压变化趋势,简要分析 1 号、2 号锅炉空预器差压高的原因,为下一步运行调整、技术改造提供依据,保证机组长周期安全经济运行.

Abstract

Mainly by comparing the trend of differential pressure changes in the rotary air preheater of various boiler units in a certain factory,this paper briefly analyzes the reasons for the high differential pressure in the air preheaters of boilers 1 and 2,providing a basis for the next operation adjustment and technical transformation,ensuring the safe and economic operation of the unit for a long period of time.
