煤矿井上配电柜智能巡检系统的研究

摘要
针对煤矿井上配电柜传统工人巡检效率较低、巡检结果不稳定、工人劳动强度大、潜在事故难以及时发现等问题,研究了井上配电柜智能巡检系统,分析了配电柜常见异常特征及诊断识别方法,设计了一种轨道式配电柜智能巡检系统.该系统利用自身搭载的多种传感器实时采集配电柜接线端子的温度、声音以及烟雾信号,并使用故障识别算法对特征进行智能分析,实现对配电柜的智能运维.完成硬件系统的选型和软件控制系统的设计,经现场应用后发现,智能巡检系统可代替3~5人完成配电柜的巡检任务,降低了工人劳动强度,有效避免了巡检不到位的问题,故障识别准确率高达98.8%.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low inspection efficiency,unstable inspection results,high labor intensity of traditional workers,and difficulty in detecting potential accidents in coal mine underground distribution cabinets,an intelligent inspection system for underground distribution cabinets was studied.Common abnormal characteristics and diagnostic recognition methods of distribution cabinets were analyzed,and a rail type intelligent inspection system for distribution cabinets was designed.The system utilizes various sensors installed on it to collect real-time temperature,sound,and smoke signals from the wiring terminals of the distribution cabinet,and uses fault recognition algorithms to intelligently analyze features to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance of the distribution cabinet.After selecting the hardware system and designing the software control system,it was found through on-site application that the intelligent inspection system can replace 3~5 people to complete the inspection task of the distribution cabinet,reduce the labor intensity of workers,effectively avoid the problem of inadequate inspection,and achieve a fault identification accuracy of up to 98.8%.
