西安国际机场三期扩建工程远端停车场具有功能复杂、专业系统繁多、管线数量庞大、工序穿插叠合等特点,其项目管理是影响工程进度和工程质量及投资把控的重要因素.以该项目为研究对象,"数字化辅助实体建造"为背景,通过BIM模型联合智慧管理平台应用技术,采用多维度可视化及全面应用模型信息的管理手段,对项目进行全方位管理.结果显示,该数字化建造模式在安全、质量、进度的技术管理方面获得极佳的效果,极大提升了项目管理的效率,方便项目质量的把控,可为全寿命周期BIM协同工程管理提供一定参考.
Application of Digital Construction Mode for Large Remote Parking Lot of Xi'an International Airport Phase Ⅲ Expansion Project
The remote parking lot of the expansion project of Xi′an International Airport Phase Ⅲ has the characteristics of complex functions,various professional systems,a large number of pipelines,overlapping processes,etc.The project management is an important factor affecting the project progress,project quality and investment control.This paper takes the project as the research object,takes"digitally-assisted entity construction"as the background,adopts the application technology of BIM model and intelligent management platform,adopts the management means of multi-dimensional visualization and comprehensive application of model information to carry out all-round management of the project.The results show that the digital construction mode achieves excellent results in the technical management of safety,quality and schedule,greatly improves the efficiency of project management and facilitates the control of project quality.This study can provide certain reference for BIM collaborative engineering management in the whole life cycle.
