摘要
针对重载大排量轴向柱塞泵的变量机构设计问题,以A4VSG750-HD型轴向柱塞泵为例,采用AMESIM软件实现了其变量机构的建模,通过分析先导控制阀与变量机构的力传递特性,对其变量特性进行了仿真分析.与传统的基于结构的建模方法相比,该方法简化了变量机构的模型,仿真结果准确.
Abstract
Regarding the design problem of variable mechanism for heavy-duty large displacement axial piston pumps,taking the A4VSG750-HD axial piston pump as an example,the modeling of its variable mechanism was achieved using AMESIM software.By analyzing the force transmission characteristics of the pilot control valve and variable mechanism,the variable characteristics were simulated and analyzed.Compared with traditional structure based modeling methods,this method simplifies the model of the variable mechanism and the simulation results are accurate.
