马达控制中心空调系统气流组织仿真模拟研究

对马达控制中心(MCC)机房空调系统不同送风方式和不同送风温度下机房内的温度场、速度场等空气分布特性进行模拟研究,结果验证了地板下送上回气流组织方式的优越性.为保证机柜运行稳定,节约冷量,且有一定的温度裕度,最后选择MCC机房的送风温度为 20℃.同时,分析了MCC机房气流组织评价的指标,发现不论换气效率还是能量利用率,下送上回皆优于上送侧回方式.
Simulation Study on Air Flow Organization of MCC Air Conditioning System
A simulation study was conducted on the temperature and velocity distribution characteristics of the air conditioning system in the motor control center(MCC)room under different air supply methods and temperatures.The results verified the superiority of the underfloor supply and return air flow organization method.To ensure stable operation of the cabinet,save cooling capacity,and have a certain temperature margin,the final selection of the supply air temperature in the MCC room is 20℃.At the same time,the indicators for evaluating the air flow organization in the MCC room were analyzed,and it was found that regardless of the ventilation efficiency or energy utilization rate,the down supply and up return method was superior to the up supply and side return method.
