Measuring Method of Internal Meshing Gear Parameter Measurement Based on Machine Vision
To improve the measurement accuracy of geometric parameters of internal meshing gears,a machine vision based method for measuring internal meshing gear parameters is proposed.Firstly,calibrate the industrial camera and filter and binarize the collected images.Furthermore,the shortcomings of the traditional Canny edge detection algorithm were improved to enhance the accuracy of edge detection.Then,by using the center of gravity method,the gear center was measured,and the radius of the tooth was measured was measured by the convex bag method.The average closest distance of the edge image pixel coordinates and the gear center was used to calculate the diameter of the tooth round.The diaphragm treatment and calculating the connection domain obtain the number of gears to the gear,and obtain the modulus and the diameter of the division of the gear according to the relationship between the tooth round,the top of the tooth,the maximum,the number of the mold and the tooth.Finally,the designed visual measurement method was tested.The experiment showed that the method can accurately measure the geometric parameters of the internal meshing gear.
