为进一步探究大型振动式弛张筛可能的优化路径,以选煤厂 3080 大型振动式弛张筛为研究对象,对其进行三维建模与仿真分析,明确其静力学与动力学特征.根据分析结果,确定其偏心轴位置需进行优化.由此通过文献研究法,采用引入扇形偏心块的模式对其进行优化设计.从优化仿真分析结果来看,优化后的偏心轴在应力、挠度和变形方面均符合预期要求,有效解决了原有设计中挠度值偏大的问题,初步证明了优化的可行性.
Dynamic Optimization Analysis of Coal Preparation Plant 3080 Large Vibratory Relaxation Screen
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of large vibratory relaxation screen,this paper takes coal preparation plant 3080 large vibratory relaxation screen as the research object,and carries out three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis to clarify its statics and dynamics characteristics.According to the analysis results,it is determined that the location of its eccentric shaft needs to be optimized.Based on the literature research method,the model of introducing the sector eccentric block is optimized.According to the results of optimization simulation analysis,the optimized eccentric shaft meets the expected requirements in terms of stress,deflection and deformation,effectively solves the problem of high deflection value in the original design,and initially proves the feasibility of optimization.
