Theoretical Calculation and Normative Revision of Inertial Acceleration in the Maritime Transportation of Heavy Goods
When carrying heavy goods on board a ship,it is necessary to fully consider the most severe meteorological conditions and the worst wave conditions that the ship may encounter. This paper establishes a sample ship type database and uses region segmentation and spectral analysis methods to solve the frequency response functions under different wave angles and speeds in regular waves,as well as the meaningful values of vertical, lateral, and longitudinal accelerations under different sea conditions in irregular waves.Regression analysis was conducted on vertical, lateral, and longitudinal accelerations using multiple linear regression methods. At the same time, the stepwise linear regression method was used to simplify the pitch and roll motion in the empirical correction formula for inertial acceleration into expressions for ship basic parameters and environmental parameters, thereby expanding the scope of use of IMO CSS rules. On the basis of systematic standardization,a correction formula for inertial acceleration specifications is proposed, which takes into account the comprehensive influence of different sea conditions and ship parameters.Compared with empirical formulas, this formula is more flexible and accurate. This study can provide reference for the verification of sea transportation systems for heavy goods.
