摘要

正确的管网数据是智慧城市、管网攻坚战、一体化调度等成功的关键,而存量管网排查与监测数字化则是管网数字化的基础与核心.针对传统管网排查行业中需要多终端、多软件频繁切换、数据多次转换、大量机械重复工作等问题,基于RTK精准的测量定位技术,并结合长期一线管网数字化、信息化工作经验,构建了管网排查外业数据采集硬件实时传输功能,开发了通用硬件接口集.通过以上研究,一线管网外业采集人员通过手机app在录入数据的同时,可以快速调用RTK等硬件设备的配置、传输功能,简化外业操作,减少多系统之间的转换,大大提高工作效率与数据准确度.

Abstract

The correct pipeline network data is the key to the success of smart cities,pipeline network battles,and integrated scheduling,while the digitization of inventory pipeline network inspection and monitoring is the foundation and core of pipeline network digitization.In response to the traditional pipeline inspection industry′s need for multiple terminals,frequent switching of multiple software,multiple data conversions,and a large amount of mechanical repetitive work,based on RTK precise measurement and positioning technology,and combined with long-term experience in digitalization and informatization of frontline pipeline networks,a real-time hardware transmission function for field data collection in pipeline inspection has been constructed,and a universal hardware interface set has been developed.Through the above research,frontline pipeline field data collectors can quickly access the configuration and transmission functions of hardware devices such as RTK while entering data through mobile apps,simplifying field operations,reducing the conversion between multiple systems,and greatly improving work efficiency and data accuracy.
