摘要
城市轨道交通进入快速发展阶段,轨道交通建设提速、运营里程增加、线网日趋完善,为保证轨道交通运营高效运转,需提高运营管理有效性.班组作为企业的基本业务单位,对其进行精细化管理尤为重要.以天津轨道交通运营集团信号专业班组现状出发,分析班组管理存在的问题,借助TPM、TQM管理思想,针对班组精细化管理提出措施,以实现班组精细化管理.
Abstract
Urban rail transit has entered a stage of rapid development,with accelerated construction,increased operating mileage,and increasingly improved network.To ensure efficient operation of rail transit,it is necessary to strengthen the effectiveness of operational management.As the basic business unit of an enterprise,team refinement management is particularly important.Starting from the current situation of the signal professional team of Tianjin Rail Transit Operation Group,this paper analyzes the problems in team management,and proposes measures for team refinement management using TPM and TQM management concepts to achieve team refinement management.Compared with various algorithms,the feasibility of the improved genetic algorithm in practical applications was demonstrated.
