摘要

从电缆全生命周期出发,深入分析电缆故障大数据,总结影响电缆安全稳定运行的风险因素,提炼电缆状态管理的关键环节和应对方式,即从管理制度和技术措施2个方面着手,使安全风险可控在控,保障电缆全生命周期内安全稳定运行.方案在实践中成效显著,对提高配网稳定性及推广电缆精益化管理具有重要意义.

Abstract

This paper starts from the lifecycle of cables,conducts an in-depth analysis of cable fault data,summarizes the risk factors that affect the safe and stable operation of cables,and extracts the key links and response methods of cable status management,that is to start from both the management system and technical measures to ensure safe and stable operation.Risks are controllable to ensure safe and stable operation of cables throughout their life cycle.This solution has achieved remarkable results in practice and is of great significance for improving the stability of the distribution network and promoting lean management of cables.
