摘要

在发展新型电力系统的进程中,充分利用负荷侧的调节能力至关重要.为此,需设计符合市场基础条件、系统化的市场交易类型.从商品、交易标的物和交易类型的概念入手,综合考量国内外研究和发展动向,梳理和分析了可调节负荷的各种市场交易类型.此外,还探讨了各类需求响应项目、调峰交易和定制化的中长期电能交易等在特定的电力市场发展阶段的适用主体和效果.

Abstract

In the process of developing a new power system,it is very important to make full use of the regulation capacity of the load side.To achieve this,it is necessary to design market transaction types that meet the basic market conditions and are systematic.Starting from the concepts of commodities,transaction objects and transaction types,this paper comprehensively considers the research and development trends at home and abroad,and sorts out and analyzes various market transaction types with adjustable loads.In addition,this paper also discusses the applicable subjects and effects of various demand response projects,peak shaving trading,and customized medium and long-term power trading in specific power market development stages.
