摘要
海上风电风机塔筒运维困难,人工检测成本高,为此,提出使用运维机器人代替人工检测.首先,探讨海上风电运维机器人的需求和发展历程;其次,介绍该型机器人的主要功能和技术,以及其在海上风电风机塔筒检测中的作用;最后,通过应用实例详细说明机器人的工作,并证明其在海上风电运维领域的有效性.测试表明,海上风电运维机器人可以有效承担风机塔筒的运维任务,对海上风电的发展具有积极影响.
Abstract
The operation and maintenance of offshore wind turbine towers are difficult,and the cost of manual inspection is high.Therefore,it is proposed to use operation and maintenance robots instead of manual inspection.Firstly,explore the demand and development history of offshore wind power maintenance robots.Secondly,introduce the main functions and technologies of this type of robot,as well as its role in offshore wind turbine tower detection.Finally,the work of the robot is explained in detail through application examples,and its effectiveness in the field of offshore wind power operation and maintenance is demonstrated.Tests have shown that offshore wind power operation and maintenance robots can effectively undertake the operation and maintenance tasks of wind turbine towers,which has a positive impact on the development of offshore wind power.
