摘要

为提升煤矿综采智能化水平,解决复杂井下条件下综采设备精准定位、运动协同控制的问题,开展综采智能协同技术研究.构建智能协同整体架构方案,重点开展基于激光传感的综采设备实时定位及运动协同控制、采煤机截割轨迹预测及验证.结果表明,井下综采设备激光定位系统具备持续稳定的高精度定位功能,精度能够达到 20 mm级别;通过综采设备与煤层位置的精准关联,采煤机滚筒截割的自适应调节与控制基本达到拟人化截割水平.

Abstract

To improve the intelligent level of coal mine comprehensive mining and solve the problems of precise positioning and motion coordination control of comprehensive mining equipment under complex underground conditions,research on intelligent coordination technology of comprehensive mining is carried out.Build an intelligent collaborative overall architecture scheme,with a focus on real-time positioning and motion collaborative control of comprehensive mining equipment based on laser sensing,prediction and verification of cutting trajectory of coal mining machines.The results show that the laser positioning system of the underground comprehensive mining equipment has a continuous and stable high-precision positioning function,with an accuracy of up to 20 mm level.Through the precise correlation between the comprehensive mining equipment and the position of the coal seam,the adaptive adjustment and control of the shearer drum cutting basically reach the level of anthropomorphic cutting.
