摘要

激光切割机逐渐向高柔性、高度自动化方向发展,与其配套的自动化设备也越来越多.设计了一种激光切割分拣装置的控制系统,同时详细阐述了其结构、工作原理.经过在客户现场的长期运行,验证了该装置可以实现激光切割无人化生产,提高加工效率.

Abstract

Laser cutting machines are gradually developing towards high flexibility and high automation,and there are more and more automation equipment accompanying them.A control system for laser cutting sorting device was designed,and its structure and working principle were elaborated in detail.After long-term operation at the customer's site,it has been verified that the device can achieve unmanned laser cutting production and improve processing efficiency.
