Research on the Control Technology of Continuous Fan Reversal for Coal Mine Main Ventilation Fan
Aiming at the problems of poor air supply stability and continuity,high failure rate of standby fan startup,and risk of ventilation instability in the traditional switching method of main and backup fans in coal mine ventilation system,the stable air switching technology of coal mine main ventilation fan was studied.From the perspective of large lag and nonlinear characteristics of coal mine ventilation system,a fuzzy PID non-stop air switching control scheme based on particle swarm optimization was proposed,and the corresponding system was designed.The system adaptively adjusts the opening and closing angle of the air door through optimization algorithms,which can effectively shorten the shutdown time,improve the success rate of standby fan startup,achieve uninterrupted underground ventilation during the shutdown process,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the ventilation system throughout the entire process.
