Design of High-Voltage DC Electrical Load System for a Certain Type of Aeroengine
A high-voltage DC electrical load system was designed to meet the power separation test requirements of a certain type of aircraft engine.The system architecture,software and hardware design ideas,implementation methods,and functional characteristics were introduced.This system utilizes the scientific design of load resistance levels and fully leverages the advantages of flexible PLC and configuration software configuration,as well as strong automation control capabilities.Through the coordinated design of software and hardware,it can control and monitor the status of the electrical load system in real time,achieve automatic loading and real-time power automatic compensation in linkage with the load spectrum,and improve the automation control level and control accuracy of the electrical load system.Through thorough verification in engine tests,the results show that the system has high automatic control capability,as well as high stability and accuracy.
