摘要

针对因煤矿空压机监控手段落后、监控系统功能单一且智能化程度低等因素导致的空压机供风质量差、安全隐患多等问题,研究了智能传感及网络技术,提出了一种基于PLC控制、多传感器融合检测的空压机智能监控及故障诊断系统设计方案.该系统采用主从PLC及工业以太网作为控制、通信架构,有效提高了系统可靠性及实时性,可实现对空压机温度、压力等各类核心工况参数的实时监测,并具备故障预警诊断功能,可实现矿用空压机无人值守.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of poor air supply quality and multiple safety hazards caused by outdated monitoring methods,single monitoring system functions,and low intelligence level of coal mine air compressors,intelligent sensing and network technology were studied.A design scheme for an intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis system of air compressors based on PLC control and multi-sensor fusion detection was proposed.The system adopts master-slave PLC and industrial Ethernet as the control and communication architecture,effectively improving the reliability and real-time performance of the system.It can achieve real-time monitoring of various core operating parameters such as temperature and pressure of the air compressor,and has the function of fault warning and diagnosis,which can achieve unmanned operation of mining air compressors.
