Optimization Design of CMOS Integrated Circuits for Photovoltaic Power Transmission
Photovoltaic power transmission,as an important renewable e nergy technology,is of great significance in addressing energy demand and reducing environmental pollution.The key to this technology is to use current limiting NMOS transistors and additional bias voltage to control the working current in the circuit.This paper optimizes the design of CMOS integrated circuits in photovoltaic power transmission.By adjusting the bias voltage,the switching voltage and current of the photovoltaic power transmission system can be flexibly adjusted to meet the needs of power transmission,thereby reducing power consumption,enhancing energy conversion efficiency,reducing the risk of equipment failure and damage,and ensuring the stable operation of the system.
