摘要

全钒液流电池是一种新型的电化学储能电池.为了保证电池安全运行,需要对其进行有效管理.首先,介绍了全钒液流电池的工作原理,提出了全钒液流电池管理系统整体设计方案;其次,介绍了全钒液流电池管理系统硬件的选型方案,开发了基于PLC的全钒液流电池管理系统.该电池管理系统实现了电池实时数据采集、状态监测、故障保护、SOC估算、充放电控制及混液等功能.在10 kW全钒液流电池储能系统上进行了长期运行,验证了该电池管理系统的可行性与稳定性.

Abstract

Vanadium flow battery is a new type of electrochemical energy sto rage battery.To ensure the safe operation of batteries,it is necessary to effectively manage them.Firstly,the working principle of all vanadium flow batteries was introduced,and an overall design scheme for the management system of all vanadium flow batteries was proposed.Secondly,the hardware selection scheme for the vanadium flow battery management system was introduced,and a PLC-based all vanadium flow battery management system was developed.The battery management system realizes functions such as real-time data collection,status monitoring,fault protection,SOC estimation,charge and discharge control,and mixing of batteries.Long term operation was conducted on a 10 kW vanadium flow battery energy storage system,verifying the feasibility and stability of the battery management system.
