为进一步提升能源利用效率,确保工业园区供电的稳定性,许多工业园区引入了光伏发电系统,但由于光伏发电的稳定性较低,需建立光-储能发电系统进行控制.为此,探索在光-储能发电系统的构建模式,根据不确定性鲁棒优化建立工业园区光-储发电系统的规划模型;利用某工业园区模拟优化,分析容量、购电成本配置方式.发现工业园区大规模增加光伏发电容量会导致成本过高,需将规模控制在合理范围,且光伏的不确定性会导致系统的投资、运行成本增加,需加强对光伏发电状况的预测,实现系统的最佳配置.
Construction of Light-Storage Robust Planning Model Considering the Uncertainty of the Light-Storage Power Generation System in Industrial Parks from the"Two-Carbon"Perspective
To further improve energy utilization efficiency and ensure the stability of power supply in industrial parks,many industrial parks have introduced photovoltaic power generation systems.However,due to the low stability of photovoltaic power generation,it is necessary to establish a photovoltaic energy storage power generation system for control.To this end,explore the construction mode of the photovoltaic energy storage power generation system and establish a planning model for the photovoltaic energy storage power generation system in industrial parks based on uncertainty robust optimization;Simulate and optimize a certain industrial park to analyze the allocation of capacity and electricity purchase costs.It has been found that a large-scale increase in photovoltaic power generation capacity in industrial parks can lead to high costs.The scale needs to be controlled at a reasonable size,and the uncertainty of photovoltaics can lead to an increase in system investment and operating costs.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the prediction of photovoltaic power generation status and achieve the optimal configuration of the system.
