摘要
非标自动化设备具有针对性强、系统性高、智能信息化等特点,从非标自动化设备在汽车制造工业方面的发展现状与趋势,展开分析了非标自动化设备的特点、设计流程以及应用实例,并提出优化和创新非标自动化设备设计要素、规范非标自动化设备设计模式.着眼于我国汽车工业等先进制造行业发展的广阔前景,为非标自动化设备设计综合水平的提高及专业人才队伍的壮大提出了几点建议.
Abstract
Non-standard automation equipment has the characteristics of strong targeted,highly systematic,intelligent and informatization,etc.From the development status and trend of non-standard automation equipment in the automotive manufacturing industry,this article analyzes the characteristics,design process,and application examples of non-standard automation equipment.It is proposed to optimize the design elements of non-standard automated equipment and standardize non-standard automation equipment design models.Facing the broad prospects of the development of advanced manufacturing industries such as my country's automobile industry,this paper puts forward several suggestions on the improvement of the comprehensive level of non-standard automation equipment design,and the growth of the professional team.
