摘要

为进一步提升排水系统在实际生产中的运行效率,降低能耗,在对主排水泵排水方式简单概述的基础上,构建了实验平台,测定了主排水泵在负压吸水、正压给水以及前置泵正压给水3种工况下的性能参数,并对应绘制了性能曲线图.所得数据可指导主排水的实际生产.

Abstract

In order to further improve the operating efficiency of the drainage system in actual production and reduce energy consumption,based on a brief overview of the drainage mode of the main drainage pump,an experimental platform was built to measure the performance parameters of the main drainage pump under three working conditions:negative pressure water absorption,positive pressure water supply and positive pressure water supply of the front pump,and the corresponding performance curve was drawn.The data obtained can guide the actual production of main drainage.
