摘要
使用三相异步电机模拟车辆不同行进速度,以检测城轨车辆速度传感器检测装置的性能.为克服在现场直接操控变频器造成的不便和危险,使用基于MODBUS协议的西门子V20 变频器与工控机通信,实现远程操控.经验证,变频器通信顺畅且稳定可靠,能够满足现场测试要求.
Abstract
Simulate different vehicle speeds using three-phase asynchronous motors to test the performance of the speed sensor detection device for urban rail vehicles.To overcome the inconvenience and danger caused by direct control of the frequency converter on site,Siemens V20 frequency converter based on MODBUS protocol is used to communicate with the industrial computer and achieve remote control.After verification,the communication of the frequency converter is smooth and stable,which can meet the requirements of on-site testing.
