传统的杆塔倾斜测量方法需要双人配合,使用经纬仪和刻度尺进行测量,耗费了大量的人力和物力.为了解决传统刻度尺不方便携带、需要人工登塔架尺、塔尺无法固定到杆塔上和读取倾斜值困难的问题,设计了一种新型刻度尺.该刻度尺可使输电运维人员单人测量杆塔倾斜值,并且精度能够估读到毫米值.
Design and Application of a New Type of Scale Ruler
The traditional tower inclination measurement method requires th e cooperation of two people,using a theodolite and a ruler for measurement,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.In order to solve the problems of traditional scale rulers being inconvenient to carry,requiring manual climbing of tower rulers,inability to fix tower rulers to poles,and difficulty in reading tilt values,this paper designs a new type of scale ruler.This scale can enable transmission operation and maintenance personnel to measure the inclination value of the tower alone,and the accuracy can estimate the millimeter value.
