摘要
机场通过输油管网进行飞机油料加注作业,因此,加强对机坪加油栓井渗漏及设备安全情况的实时监控至关重要.详细分析了无线智能渗漏监测系统的设计原理,介绍了在解决装置现场安装、满足防爆设计要求及通信方式等方面攻克的设计难题后,如何实现对加油栓井渗漏情况 24h实时监控、人员快速处置、智能化报警的设计目标.重点从该装置在应用时所克服的难题、终端数据传输方式和装置后台应用等方面介绍了智能化渗漏监测系统在民航机场飞机加油栓井中的应用情况,并提出了后期装置需持续优化的方向,为民航业的安全管理提升工作提供了依据和参考.
Abstract
Airports carry out aircraft fuel refueling operations through oil pipelines,therefore,it is crucial to strengthen real-time monitoring of apron refueling well leaks and equipment safety.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the design principle of a wireless intelligent leakage monitoring system,and introduces how to achieve the design goals of 24 h real-time monitoring of oil well leakage,rapid personnel disposal,and intelligent alarm after solving the design difficulties in on-site installation,meeting explosion-proof design requirements,and communication methods.Focusing on the problems overcome in the data transmission mode and the application of the device.Pointing direction of continuous optimization of the device in the later stage is proposed,which provides basis and reference for the safety management improvement of the civil aviation industry.
