燃煤锅炉一氧化碳检测方法的研究及应用

摘要
当燃煤锅炉缺氧工况发生时,炉后缺少实时、准确、可靠的仪表检测此工况来指导燃烧调整,导致锅炉效率降低.为提高锅炉燃烧效率,通过对比、研究几类常用的先进检测技术,设计锅炉CO在线检测方案.研究表明,在炉膛后烟道设置CO分析仪,采用电化学或TDLAS技术比较适合电站锅炉CO在线测量及燃烧优化控制.该方案能实时准确检测锅炉烟气CO排放,用于燃烧优化控制,提高了锅炉运行的经济性.
Abstract
When oxygen deficiency occurs in coal-fired boilers,there is a lack of real-time,accurate,and reliable instruments behind the boiler to detect this condition and guide combustion adjustments,resulting in a decrease in boiler efficiency.To improve the combustion efficiency of boilers,a boiler CO online detection scheme is designed by comparing and studying several commonly used advanced detection technologies.Research has shown that setting up a CO analyzer in the flue behind the furnace,using electrochemical or TDLAS technology,is more suitable for online CO measurement and combustion optimization control in power plant boilers.This scheme can accurately detect CO emissions from boiler flue gas in real time,which is used for combustion optimization control and improves the economic efficiency of boiler operation.
