Design and Research of Ash Detection Device for Flotation Tailings in Coal Washing Plant
In order to improve the real-time and accuracy of ash detection of flotation tailings in coal washing plant,this paper,on the basis of clarifying the needs of coal washing plant,first designed the overall structure of flotation tailings ash detection device,and then integrated image processing technology and automatic control technology to discuss the main design points of the device's main functions,so as to complete the device design work.From the actual test results,the device can realize the real-time detection of ash,and the detection data is more accurate,and has certain application value.
