基于激光诱导击穿光谱的金属材料在线分析技术

针对金属材料分析过程中耗时长、破坏性取样、样品制备复杂、成本高等问题,研究了激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)的基本原理,构建了LIBS在线分析系统,并将在线分析技术应用到金属材料领域进行了金属成分的快速识别、合金牌号的鉴定及金属材料的质量控制,最后,分析了LIBS技术的优势与局限性,以期为LIBS技术的发展与应用提供有益借鉴与参考.
Online Analysis Technology of Metal Materials Based on Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy
In response to the problems of long time consumption,destructive sampling,complex sample preparation,and high cost in the analysis process of metal materials,this paper studies the basic principle of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS),constructs an online LIBS analysis system,and applies online analysis technology to the field of metal materials for rapid identification of metal composition,identification of alloy grades,and quality control of metal materials.Finally,the advantages and limitations of LIBS technology are analyzed,in order to provide useful reference and guidance for the development and application of LIBS technology.
