摘要

为提高配网供电可靠性,主要对区域配网就地自愈系统的设计和实施进行了综述,重点讨论了如何对原有配电网进行改造,实现故障的"自我感知、自我诊断、自我决策、自我恢复",并研究了改造技术参数和成本.

Abstract

In order to improve the reliability of power supply in the distribution network,this paper mainly summarizes the design and implementation of the local self-healing system of the regional distribution network,and focuses on how to transform the original distribution network to realize the"self-perception,self-diagnosis,self-decision and self-recovery",and studies the technical parameters and cost of the transformation.
