Application of Stainless Steel Pool Hot Wire TIG Automatic Welding Technology
Stainless steel pool is an important facility for storing radioactive media.The traditional process uses manual tungsten argon arc welding for stainless steel cladding welding,which has the deficiencies of large personnel input,low construction efficiency and poor quality stability.Through investigation and analysis,hot wire TIG automatic welding is a high-quality,efficient,stable and energy-saving welding process developed on the basis of traditional TIG welding.Combined with the characteristics of hot wire TIG automatic welding process,some processing control measures can be taken to solve these problems.Through the application of hot wire TIG automatic welding technology in a stainless steel pool project,this paper summarizes and analyzes the implementation effect of hot wire TIG automatic welding,and expounds the control points of hot wire TIG automatic welding technology application.
