综掘巷道超前支架力学特性与支护参数研究

为了更好地提升矿井的巷道掘进效率,适应巷道表面不平坦的特殊情况,对超前支架进行了静力学仿真模拟,评价了超前支架群组非等强度支护效果.通过试验对比分析,得出以下结论:与等强联合支护方式的最大位移量相比,顶板在非等强联合支护下的最大位移量减少了约 5%.由此可见,非等强联合支护方式对维持顶板的稳定性起到了一定作用.
Research on Mechanical Characteristics and Supporting Parameters of Advanced Support of Integrated Excavation Roadway
In order to better improve the efficiency of mine tunnel excavation and adapt to the special situation of uneven tunnel surface,static simulation was conducted on the advanced support,and the non equal strength support effect of the advanced support group was evaluated.Through comparative analysis of experiments,the following conclusion can be drawn:Compared with the maximum displacement of equal strength combined support,the maximum displacement of the roof under non equal strength combined support is reduced by about 5%.It can be seen that the non equal strength combined support method has played a certain role in maintaining the stability of the roof.
