摘要

设计了一种使用压缩空气测量家用燃气灶具热负荷的试验设备,与使用明火测量灶具的热负荷相比,该设备更安全、环保、简单、准确、快速、经济.此外,阐述了设计过程中遇到的一些技术要点,如灶具旋钮机械手的设计、热负荷测量部分内部阀门的设计、流量采集和参数处理、空气干燥和密度修正等.

Abstract

A test equipment for measuring the heat load of household gas cooker using compressed air was designed.Compared with measuring the heat load of gas cooker using open flames,this equipment is safer,more environmentally friendly,simple,accurate,faster,and more economical.In addition,some technical points during the design process were elaborated,such as the design of the stove knob manipulator,the design of internal valves in the heat load measurement section,flow rate acquisition and parameter processing,air drying,and density correction.
