电厂锅炉电除尘气力自动输灰优化改造方法研究

针对电厂锅炉电除尘气力输灰均匀性差、输灰管道极易出现堵塞现象的问题,开展电厂锅炉电除尘气力自动输灰优化改造方法研究.为实现对输灰偏差的控制,在输灰管道上设置压力传感器;利用控制算法自动调节输灰速度;通过增设缓冲罐、平衡流量计等措施,避免输灰管道的堵塞,同时保证多个管道在同一时刻的输灰量达到平衡.实例证明,应用新的改造方法后,电厂锅炉电除尘气力自动输灰均匀性显著提升,且有效减少了输灰管道堵塞现象的发生,提升了电厂锅炉的运行性能.
Research on the Optimization Transformation Method of Electric Dust Removal and Pneumatic Automatic Ash Transport for Power Plant Boilers
In response to the problems of poor uniformity of electric dust removal pneumatic ash transportation in power plant boilers and the high likelihood of blockage in ash transportation pipelines,research is being carried out on the optimization and transformation method of electric dust removal pneumatic automatic ash transportation in power plant boilers.To achieve control of ash conveying deviation,pressure sensors are installed on the ash conveying pipeline.Using control algorithms to automatically adjust the ash conveying speed.By adding buffer tanks,balancing flow meters,and other measures,the blockage of ash conveying pipelines can be avoided,while ensuring that the ash conveying capacity of multiple pipelines reaches equilibrium at the same time.Examples have shown that after the application of the new transformation method,the uniformity of electric dust removal and pneumatic automatic ash conveying in power plant boilers has been significantly improved,and the occurrence of blockage in ash conveying pipelines has been effectively reduced,thereby improving the operational performance of power plant boilers.
