传统的矿井通风机运行参数监测方法主要依赖人工监测,监测误差较大.为了解决此问题,提出了一种基于物联网的矿井下主通风机运行参数自动监测方法.首先采集基于物联网矿井下主通风机运行参数,之后提取主通风机运行参数特征,并对主通风机产生的多余噪声进行降噪处理,最后自动监测主通风机运行参数,以实现矿井下主通风机运行参数的自动监测.结果表明,基于物联网的矿井下主通风机运行参数自动监测方法监测误差较小,可以实时监控矿井下主通风机的运行参数,具有较好的应用效果,值得推广应用.
Automatic Monitoring Method for Operating Parameters of Underground Main Ventilation Fans Based on Internet of Things
The traditional method for monitoring the operating parameters of mine ventilation fans mainly relies on manual monitoring,resulting in significant monitoring errors.To address this issue,a IoT based automatic monitoring method for the operating parameters of underground main ventilation fans has been proposed.Firstly,collect the operating parameters of the main ventilation fan in the mine based on the Internet of Things,and then extract the characteristics of the operating parameters of the main ventilation fan,and denoise the excess noise generated by the main ventilation fan.Finally,automatically monitor the operating parameters of the main ventilation fan,thereby achieving automatic monitoring of the operating parameters of the main ventilation fan in the mine.The results prove that the automatic monitoring method for the operating parameters of underground main ventilation fans based on the Internet of Things has small monitoring errors,and can achieve real-time monitoring of the operating parameters of underground main ventilation fans.It has good application effects and is worth promoting and applying.
