数控车床精度优化研究

在加工精密机械零件的外圆柱过程中,某数控机械加工车间因缺乏统一的操作规范及标准切削参数库的支撑,致使加工零件不合格率偏高.为提高产品精度和生产效率,以切削过程中的主要参数(速度、进给量、背吃刀量)为出发点,优化加工精度,最终通过实验得出:粗车和精车的主轴转速分别为 500 r/min、1400 r/min;进给速度分别为140 mm/min、110 mm/min.当粗车切削余量设定为2.3 mm时,加工零件的合格率可由84%提高至 93%,生产效率可提高20%左右,效果明显.
Research on Precision Optimization of CNC Lathe
In the process of machining outer cylinders of precision mechanical parts,a certain CNC machining workshop lacks unified operating standards and support from a standard cutting parameter library,resulting in a high rate of unqualified machining parts.In order to improve product accuracy and production efficiency,the main parameters during the cutting process(speed,feed rate,back cutting amount)were taken as the starting point to optimize machining accuracy.Finally,through experiments,it was found that the spindle speeds for rough turning and precision turning were 500 r/min and 1400 r/min,respectively,with feed rates of 140 mm/min and 110 mm/min.When the rough cutting allowance is set to 2.3 mm,the qualification rate of the processed parts can be increased from 84%to 93%,and the production efficiency can be improved by about 20%,with significant results.
