摘要

采用局域网组网方式时,处于工业自动化控制网络下的工控设备(如遇突发故障)往往不能被及时处理.探索研究并实现一种基于物联网的内网穿透方法,该方法将具有物联网功能的昆仑通态触摸屏与菲尼克斯PLC接入同一局域网络,通过对触摸屏和PLC的软硬件设置,开启网络穿透功能,可以在任一接入互联网的远端工作站,以远程控制PLC、触摸屏,从而实现HMI画面的修改、程序的上传和下载、在线调试等.

Abstract

When using the LAN networking method,industrial control equipment located in the industrial automation control network often cannot be dealt with in a timely manner when encountering sudden failures.Explore,research and realize an intranet penetration method based on the Internet of Things.This method connects the Kunlun through touch screen with the Internet of Things function and Phoenix Contact PLC to the same local network.By setting the software and hardware of the touch screen and PLC,the network penetration function can be enabled,so that PLC and touch screen can be remotely controlled at any remote workstation connected to the Internet to achieve HMI picture modification,program upload and download,online debugging,etc.
