Improved Active Disturbance Rejection Control Design for the Coupling System of Main Steam Pressure and Bed Temperature
A coupled improved active disturbance rejection control(CIADRC)is proposed to address the issues of poor disturbance suppression performance, complex system decoupling, and difficulty in parameter tuning in the main steam pressure and bed temperature coupled control system.Firstly,an approximate integral series model of the coupled system is established, and on this basis, coupled self disturbance rejection control is constructed. Then,a feedforward compensator is connected in series in each feedforward channel to solve the problem of asynchronous linear extended state observer(LESO)signals caused by large inertia and time delay in the coupled system. At the same time, propose a quantitative parameter tuning formula to simplify parameter adjustment. Finally, simulation comparisons were conducted with PID,ADRC,and Model Assisted ADRC(MADRC)in the main steam pressure and bed temperature coupling system. The results indicate that the proposed CIADRC has significant advantages in fixed value following and disturbance resistance, and has great engineering application prospects.
