Research on Ash Accumulation at the Flare Angle of W-Shaped Flame Boiler in Thermal Power Plant
By comparing the situation of ash accumulation at the folding flame angle and screen over hanging coke after two shutdowns in February and May 2020 of a certain factory's#4 furnace.It briefly analyzes the reasons for ash accumulation at the folding flame angle and screen over hanging coke of#4 furnace,and summarizes the effects of operation adjustments during the period.This provides a basis for the next step of operation adjustment and boiler technical transformation,ensuring the safe and economic operation of the unit for a long period of time.
