Abstract
This paper introduces the design and software implementation method of a modular interchangeable three-phase smart meter,analyzes the communication characteristics of different modules,and elaborates on the software and hardware design and implementation scheme of the smart meter,especially the design and implementation scheme of modular interchangeable hardware and software.
