摘要

梳理了热能动力装置的组成部分及作用,总结了锅炉、汽轮机、发电机等设备的维护检测方法.以 300 MW燃煤发电机组为例,比较了常规周期性维护和应用在线监测系统2种方案,发现使用在线监测系统能够提高设备的可利用率,降低故障率和煤耗率,减少综合能源消耗.研究表明,利用先进的在线监测技术预测设备状态,可以显著提升火力发电系统的经济性和环保性.

Abstract

The paper outlines the components and functions of thermal energy dynamic device,and summarizes the maintenance and inspection methods for equipment such as boilers,turbines,and generators.Taking a 300 MW coal-fired power unit as an example,two schemes of conventional periodic maintenance and application of online monitoring systems were compared.The results showed that using online monitoring systems can improve equipment availability,reduce failure rates and coal consumption rates,and reduce comprehensive energy consumption.The study indicates that utilizing advanced online monitoring technology to predict equipment status can significantly enhance the economic and environmental performance of thermal power generation systems.
