摘要
破碎煤岩体注浆加固对控制围岩稳定具有重大意义,分层注浆效果检验是检测注浆工程合格的重要环节.通过设计分层注浆方案,选择合理的注浆材料、注浆压力以及注浆量,从浆液填充率、钻孔电视探测、分段注水、巷道检测4个方面进行注浆效果检验.结果表明,分层注浆工艺裂缝的浆液填充率可达 90%以上,孔隙率低于 10%,填充效果优于传统注浆工艺.
Abstract
Grouting reinforcement of fractured coal rock mass is of great significance for controlling the stability of surrounding rock,and the inspection of layered grouting effect is an important link in detecting the qualification of grouting engineering.By designing a layered grouting scheme,selecting reasonable grouting materials,grouting pressure,and grouting amount,the grouting effect is tested from four aspects:grouting filling rate,drilling TV detection,segmented water injection,and tunnel detection.The results show that the grouting filling rate of cracks in the layered grouting process can reach over 90%,with a porosity of less than 10%,and the filling effect is better than that of traditional grouting technology.
