复杂煤层综掘巷道拐弯施工技术研究

针对复杂煤层巷道掘进过程中存在的问题,以某煤矿为研究对象,从拐弯半径计算选择、模型设计实施等方面分析了综掘技术在不同巷道的应用,为现场操作提供了可靠的理论计算依据.经实际测试,施工结果显示理论与实际误差不超过±300 mm,提高了掘进拐弯精确度.同时,合理布置传送带,可保证正常的出渣,降低人工成本、减轻人工劳动强度,成本节省2000元/人,可实现安全快速的掘进.
Research on Turning Construction Technology of Fully Mechanized Roadway Complex Coal Seam
In response to the problems existing in the excavation process of complex coal seam tunnels,a certain coal mine was taken as the research object.The application of comprehensive excavation technology in different tunnels was analyzed from the aspects of turning radius calculation selection,model design implementation,etc.,providing reliable theoretical calculation basis for on-site operation.Through practical testing,the construction results showed that the theoretical and actual errors did not exceed±300 mm,improving the accuracy of excavation turning.At the same time,arranging the conveyor belt reasonably ensures normal slag discharge,reduces labor costs,reduces labor intensity,saves 2 000 yuan/person,and can achieve safe and fast excavation.
