摘要

在FPSO生产中,研究生产优化可以提高生产效率、增强安全性、降低环境影响、促进技术水平的提升,并为决策提供科学依据,为此,提出基于数字化技术的FPSO油气生产化学药剂优化方法.通过数字化技术实时数据捕获处理FPSO生产数据,并对采集的数据进行预处理、清洗以及归一化.结合PID调节器设计化学药剂加注优化控制,实现基于数字化技术的FPSO油气生产化学药剂优化.结果显示,该方法的平均油水分离率高,化学药剂消耗降低,实际应用效果好.

Abstract

In FPSO production,studying production optimization can improve production efficiency,enhance safety,reduce environmental impact,promote technological advancement,and provide scientific basis for decision-making.Therefore,a digital technology-based optimization method for chemical agents in FPSO oil and gas production is proposed.Real time data capture and processing of FPSO production data through digital technology,and preprocessing,cleaning,and normalization of the collected data.Design optimization control for chemical agent injection based on PID controller,and achieve chemical agent optimization for FPSO oil and gas production based on digital technology.The results show that the average oil-water separation rate of this method is high,the consumption of chemical agents is reduced,and the practical application effect is good.
